The University Archives is the official repository for all permanent non-current records of enduring historical and administrative value from the academic and administrative units of the University. These records document the development of a small military school into one of the largest and most comprehensive research institutions in the country.

2. Select Research | University Archives from the top of the window.

  • Collections
  • University Records: Retention policies, tools, and schedules for the transfer of records from LSU departments and centers to University Archives.
  • University History: Resources and information pertaining to the history of the Louisiana State University and its archives.
