General Information

This information  is for the LSU Office Phones for the Baton Rouge Campus, are supported by two Avaya S8800 Media Servers.

Eligibility & Order Procedures

Available To:    LSU Faculty & Staff with an LSU Office Phone.     

Request Service:    Submit a UNI Work Order Request.   (View instructions on filling out the UNI form.)

Authorization:    Have a University Budget Code & Use Work Order Type:  NIVC - Voice.   

Delivery Time:    Within 2 Weeks.

* To speak with someone about your Request if you already have a ticket in our system, Call 578-4015.

* If you do not currently have a ticket, please Submit a Work Order Request at the link above.
