General Information

MathCad is a program specifically designed for engineering calculation and communication. You can use MathCad to perform, document, and share all your calculations and design work. MathCad's visual format and scratch pad interface put standard mathematical notation, text, and graphs in a single worksheet. MathCad allows you to design and document your engineering work with unit-aware calculations.  The open application architecture combined with its support of .NET and its native XML format make it easy for it to work with other applications. The files you produce can be put into a variety of formats: XML, HTML, PDF, and RTF, and with the use of the MathCad Calculation Server, you can publish live math on the Web using existing MathCad worksheets.
