ITS Service Desk Chat Feature

The IT Service Desk Chat service is available at the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm

All hours past 5 PM are subject to LSU Library holiday and event schedules. However, you can request a session by calling 225-578-3375 during any of the Service Desk's standard business hours.

To Start a Chat with ITS Service Desk:

1. Chat may be accessed by navigating to: ithelp.lsu.edu.

2. Click on any of the available representatives in the Representatives list.
