UNI Request Information

This request requires that you submit a University Networking and Infrastructure(UNI) work order. All additions, moves or changes to any network connection, port, or device (wired or wireless), telephones, cellular devices, active directory and email require a UNI work order.   Many of these requests may have fees or require budget code changes that must be documented and CANNOT be Processed via a Help Request

Delivery Timeline or Response Time

Response time is 5 business days. Delivery time varies by the number and size of the device(s).

Fees

$6.00 per month per rack unit for storage. Additional support costs may apply for support of the device, $2,250 to $4,500 depending on support options.
