To Install Bomgar:
1. Go to ithelp.lsu.edu/login .
2. Enter your MyLSU credentials. If you do not have access to the site, contact your BeyondTrust administrator.
3. Click “ Download BeyondTrust Representative Console ” to download the installation file. You will need to select your OS on the Choose Platform option above it if you are not using Windows.
