Cherwell: Submitting a Ticket Within the Client Portal

Via Service Catalog

  1. Select Service Catalog
  2. Find and select the Service, Category, and SubCategory
  3. Input information into form
  4. Select Submit


Via Bomgar Chat

  1. Select Bomgar Chat Request in the header menu or select Chat With Agent in the Service Desk Contact Info section.
  2. Initiate chat with agent
