Outlook 2016 (Mac): Schedule Appointments

To Schedule Appointments in Outlook 2016:

1. Open Outlook 2016.

2. Switch to the Calendar button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

3. Click the Appointments button on the Home tab.

4. The Appointment window will open up. Enter your Subject, Location, Starts / Ends, and Duration. You can also invite people to your appointment using the Invite button at the top of the screen.

5. Click Save & Close to finish.

5. The Appointment is now set up.
