Outlook 2016: Manage Recurring Meetings

1. Sign into Outlook.

2. Click the New Items drop down arrow in the top left corner of the screen and select Meeting.

3. Enter the desired information for the meeting invitation.

4. After entering the information, click the Recurrence button in the Options menu bar at the top of the screen.

5. Select the Appointment time, Recurrence pattern, and Range of recurrence, then click OK.

6. After selecting the recurrence settings, click Send.
