Outlook 2016: Schedule Meetings

1. Sign in to Outlook.

2. Click the New Items drop down arrow in the top left corner of the screen and select Meeting.

3. In the To box, enter the e-mail addresses of the desired recipients. Enter the subject, location, and start/end times, then click Send.

To make the location a specific room number, click the Rooms button to the right of the Location box.
