Outlook 2016: Share a Calendar


To Share a Calendar in Outlook 2016:

1. Open Outlook 2016.

2. At the bottom of the navigation panel at the left, select the Calendar icon.

3. Click Share Calendar under Share on the Home tab at the right.

4. Enter the Email of the person that you would like to share the calendar with in the To... Text box.

5. Click Send to finish sharing.
