Outlook 2016: Schedule Appointments

To Schedule Appointments in Outlook 2016:

1. Open Outlook 2016.

2. Switch to the Calendar view in the bottom left-hand corner.

3. Click the New Appointment button under Home on the toolbar at the top of the screen.

4. Fill out the information of the appointment, and click Save and Close.

5. The appointment should be scheduled.
