Outlook 2016: Search and Filter through Calendars

To Search and Filter through Calendars Events:

1. Open Outlook 2016.

2. Click the Calendar button in the bottom left corner.

3. Click the Search bar on the right side of the page under the Find category. Type in the desired word or phrase.

4. To filter in calendars, use the following key words:

  • AND – searches for items with both keywords.
  • OR - searches for items with either keyword.
  • NOT - searches for items that have the first keyword, but not the second keyword.
  • You can also filter by putting quotations marks around a phrase or word
