PowerPoint 2016 (Mac): Ribbon Toolbar

  


Summary

Microsoft PowerPoint has a new ribbon toolbar. This toolbar allows the user to easily add new slides, change the slide layouts, formatting, themes, tables, charts, smartArt, Transitions, Animations and much more. To transition through all the formatting, PowerPoint offers different tabs on the Ribbon toolbar.
 

To Hide or Show the Toolbar

1. Select View from the toolbar at the top of the screen.

2. To hide the toolbar, simply uncheck the Ribbon option.
