  Add to Favorites     Share/Save/Bookmark

The following article will serve as a step-by-step guide on how to open documents while using programs provided in LSU Virtual Lab (VLab) online service.

NOTE: Files that you wish to open must first be saved to TigerBytes on your PAWS account. For instructions on how to upload files from your computer to TigerBytes, click PAWS: TigerBytes.

1.   While using a VLab program, click File on the Menu Bar at the upper left corner of the screen.

2.   On the File Menu, click Open.

3.   Once the Open dialog box appears, click the downward pointing arrow next to the Look in field.

4.   On the drop-down menu, click the H: drive. This option will read something similar to "mtiger3 on 'lsu.edu\Student\home\ns062' (H:)".

5.   Click the file you desire to open.

6.   Click Open.
