We will need the following details from you in order to coordinate your videoconference:

* Contact person and contact information
* Conference title
* Date(s) and time(s) of conference(s)
* Number of participants at our location and remote site locations
* List of remote sites that will be connecting to the conference

You can contact the ITS Help Desk at 225.578.3375 and relay this information or send it digitally to videoconference@lsu.edu.

Networking and Infrastructure professionals will evaluate the situation and contact the interested party with details about needed equipment, costs, and providers.
