Internet Explorer: GROK Search Provider

This article will show how to get the GROK Search Provider in Internet Explorer.

1. Open Internet Explorer and go to grok.lsu.edu

2. Click the drop down arrow next to the search toolbar, scroll over Add search Provider, a second tab will appear to the left select GROK.

3. You will then be asked if you want to add GROK as a search provider, you are also given the option to make GROK the default search provider, when ready select Add Provider.

4. To use the GROK search provider, click the drop down arrow next to the search provider and select GROK.

5. Then simply type what you are looking for into the search bar and press enter.
