PAWS: How to Request a Transcript

1. To request a transcript, you may first log into PAWS.

2. Once you have a logged on, you will see the PAWS menu links displayed. Click on Student Services.

3. After you click Student Services, click on Transcript Request.

6. Select the campus, then click Continue.

7. You must then select the process type you would like:

8. When you are finished click Process.

9. If you select Request Now the form below will be displayed. Complete the form and click Request at the bottom of the form.

Note: If you are sending your transcript to another school put the address of that school in.

Complete the form with your information

10. If you select Hold for Correspondence Grade, this form will be displayed:

11. When are finished filling out the form, click on Request.

12. If you select the Hold for Current Semester Grades, this form will be displayed:

If you select the Hold for Current Semester Grades, this form will be displayed

13. Click on Request when you are finished.
