Eudora (Windows): Creating a Custom Signature
A signature allows you to customize your e-mail by adding your name at the end of a message. You can create new signatures to use when sending messages to different people. You can create as many signatures as you like, but you are only able to use one signature per message.
To create a custom signature in Eudora:
1. From the Tools menu, choose Signatures. This will cause the Signatures Window to appear.

2. Right-click anywhere inside the Signature Window to select the drop-down context menu.

3. From this context menu, choose New.

4. Eudora displays the Create New Signature dialog box, asking you for a name. In the dialog box, enter a signature name and click OK. In the example below, we've named this signature Mike T Tiger's custom signature.

5. A signature window appears. In this window, enter your signature text. You can use different fonts, colors, etc. to personalize your signature.

6. Close the signature window, and Eudora will prompt you to save your new signature.
NOTE: While Eudora allows you to enter styled text in your signature file, older e-mail programs may have trouble handling them. Unless you're certain that your friends/colleagues are using up-to-date e-mailgrams, you may not want to use styled text in your signature.
